We originally had wanted an in-home pet sitter for our cat, Ivy, as we weren't sure how she would handle being away from home with a stranger. However, we were immediately put at ease when Louise offered The Catio for Ivy, and we looked at her gallery here and on The Catio's own website. Louise clearly has a great love for all cats, and that is her primary motivation for her services. We knew that our cat would be well cared for and loved at The Catio, and Louise sent us pictures and videos every day to keep us up to date with how she was doing. If anything, we were worried Ivy wouldn't want to come home! We would highly recommend Louise and The Catio to anybody, and we hope to use her services again in the future when needed.

Louise was a life saver for us as we planned our xmas holidays late and all the cat boarding places were totally filled up. She offered the Catio and her services to us at more reasonable rates and she more than delivered in care and communication and detail. When we dropped our cat off, she made sure she had documentation and communication to adhere to all NSW pet care obligations and she gave us a very comprehensive tour of the Catio - the space under her house where she housed guest cats. It was a great space for any cat, spacious with lots of toys and things to make them comfortable. Whilst we were away, Louise was very regular in sending photos of our cat accompanied with very cute and humorous updates. Even though we live more than an hour's drive away, I would not hesitate to put my cat back in the care of Louise if we were to go away again. She is truly a 'cat lady' who is not only fond of cats but very conscientious and detailed in her approach to the business side of cat care. I would not hesitate to recommend Louise and the Catio to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with the care that Louise provided for my kitten, Biscuit, during her weekend retreat at The Catio. ?The Catio was the perfect place for Biscuit to relax and enjoy her surroundings, and it was evident from the pictures and videos that Louise sent through that she was having an absolute blast. I was worried that Biscuit wouldn't want to come home, as she seemed to be so content in her temporary home, but Louise made the transition back home seamless. Louise's attention to detail and dedication to providing a safe and fun environment for Biscuit was truly exceptional. From the selection of toys to the comfortable bedding, it was clear that every aspect of The Catio had been carefully thought out. My two cats took an instant liking to Louise which made it a lot easier to leave them. I loved the daily update and photos of my cats that Louise sent me. I have no hesitation in recommending Louise to take care of your cats.

I was apprehensive about leaving my cats in care for a week because one of my cats is anxious and doesn't like being kept in a cage. However, the Catio enclosure easily accommodated my 3 cats. They had toys, ramps, and even a TV for their stimulating vaCATion. They had plenty of bedding, litter trays, and food/water bowls and provided the best care for my cats. Louise sent me daily updates with videos and pictures. My cats were having a great time! I highly recommend the Catio and I would leave my cats in their care again.

Louise has one of the best set ups in Sydney for minding cats. Personalised service, a very large area for the cats to roam, loads of enrichment and interesting bits to keep the cats happy on their break. It is also spotlessly clean and very well managed. A selection of food was available as well, my boys were so looked after! The level of care and attention Louise showed to my pets made me feel very happy about leaving my boys with her. The run is situated in a lovely quiet spot that has a great view. It's like a fabulous mini hotel for your cat, and prices are good too. Louise also sends pictures and updates, and we all know how important that is when we're away from our fur babies! Very, very highly recommended.

Louise looked a after my fur baby Shira for several months as I had to move interstate and find a new place to live. Shira fell in love with Louise and the Catio very quickly, as did I. I almost wish I was a cat being looked after by Louise - your own room with Cat TV playing all day, ipad with fish games. Catnip, fresh grass and cuddles on demand. What more could a cat want!
