You would be lucky to have her. Very sad Rachel has moved interstate! Our babies loved her. She is a gentle and kind carer that had our babies wellbeing at the front her mind at all times. The bond she created with them and gained their trust was amazing.

This is the first time we've used the housesitting option, and it was a worthwhile choice. Rachael was very attentive, caring and a great match for Boris and Gary. We had no worries leaving them in her capable care. It was also great peace of mind knowing that someone was looking after our place and the boys were settled in their own home. When we got back from holidays, Boris and Gary spent most of their time looking for Rachael ... I think they were a bit spoilt! I would highly recommend PetCloud to anyone looking to have their pets cared for.

Rachael was just lovely and our boy loved her. She looked after him overnight and left the house spotless. It was our first time leaving Floyd with someone else and we couldn’t be happier. Will use Rachael in again in the future and highly recommend her.

We booked Rachael in to house/cat sit for our 3 cats for the second time and once again, we can’t speak highly enough of her. We returned home to a sparkling clean house, but more importantly, to three very happy cats who all obviously adored her. Rachael provided us with updates and photos of our cats, but we can assure anyone who books Rachael that you can go away with complete peace of mind that your beloved pets will be in the very best hands. We will definitely be booking Rachael again for future trips.

We couldn’t have asked for a better house and more importantly - cat sitter for our 3 beloved rescue cats. All 3 have their own issues, having come from trauma backgrounds and one has daily medication. We were away for 6 days and returned to an immaculate house and 3 very relaxed and happy cats. Rachael is a lovely, reliable, mature person who genuinely loves animals. And of course she brings the added benefit of the experience of her almost completed veterinary studies. We are so impressed we have also booked her in for a longer stay while we are overseas.
