30 Days Notice or more for a Partial Refund - If a Pet Owner cancels they can obtain a partial refund if PetCloud receives their cancellation request before 12pm AEST 30 days before the start of a booking. (Stripe’s credit card processing fee and $100 PetCloud Administration fee are non-refundable). (For any cancellations 29 days or less prior to a booking start are non-refundable, Sitters will receive their portion of the booking).

Nadine looked after my animals over the Xmas period, and as usual, went above and beyond making sure that they were comfortable during the heat (and that my garden stayed alive too). My only complaint is that the cats miss me less than they ought to when Nadine is around!!
