Allan and I were delighted with Ronelle’s care of our two girls Billie and Bobbi- we came home to two very happy doggies. Ronelle also went above and beyond by sending us pics and updates which allowed us to have a stress free holiday - can’t recommend her highly enough! Again, home visit went to plan. Ronelle even went to the trouble to clean up after one of our furbabies inside the house! And the photos she texts during her visit are very re-assuring when you are far away from home. Thank you Ronelle. Till next time....

When we met Ronelle for the first time at the Meet and Greet in our own home, we knew we had found someone special! We soon realised that Ronelle is someone to be trusted, has an absolute love of animals and we would be leaving our pooches in safe hands. We arranged for Ronelle to make a home visit when we had to go to Perth and she was prompt, attending to our dogs exactly in the way we had asked her to. Our two dogs are in their senior years, one 13.5 and the other 12.5, and have a couple of issues as a result. We feel very confident that Ronelle would be able to manage anything that was presented to her. We have booked Ronelle for another home visit soon. We are so pleased to have found her!

I’m so grateful for Ronelle, she has looked after my precious gal - Zoe, like her own dog. Ronelle is lovely and caring. Zoe has had a wonderful holiday at Ronelle’s while I was having mine! Ronelle is a lovely lady who really cares about animals. My dog who will normally hide from someone else actually comes out and plays which is great to know she is comfortable and likes Ronelle. We get photos which is really nice. I highly recommend Ronelle

Ronelle was wonderful with my animals and was very caring and checked my instructions thoroughly to make sure everything was covered while I was away. When we first met Ronelle, it wasn't long before we knew we had met the perfect person to take care of our furbabies in our own home. Ronelle has provided timely and efficient service, doing all that we asked of her and more! She is very easy to communicate with and obviously has a great love of animals. We will certainly be using her services again.

Ronelle has been our pet sitter for approximately 6 months. She is very generous with her time and very compassionate to our 2 year old dog Alfie. She is also very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. Having 2 dogs of her own, we are very comfortable he is in good hands. She also keeps us updated which is a great reassurance. I got to know Ronelle since Jan 2019, she pet sat Zoe at her home while I was on holiday for 2 weeks. Ronelle is very professional in the services she provides as a pet sitter via Petcloud. My dog Zoe has always pet sat by a close friend of mine in Mackay, Queensland. When we moved to Bunbury I'm hoping I would find someone I could trust to look after Zoe like my friend in Mackay. I was nervous while searching for the right person to provide exceptional care for Zoe. When Zoe and I first met Ronelle at her place, I knew I could trust Ronelle leaving Zoe with her. Ronelle and Rick have a lovely home and their own pet, two Chihuahuas, their home is secure for your dog. Ronelle is dedicated and gives her best in looking after your pet daily needs and well being. She treated Zoe like her own pet. Ronelle communicated well, I received regular updates of Zoe while I was away. Zoe had has multiple stays at Ronelle since our initial meeting in Jan 2019.
