To whom it may concern, I have known Nicci for three years now and am more than happy to provide a reference for her. She is a very reliable, professional and enthusiastic person. She genuinely cares for all animals, and in particular her 3 yr old cat Crunchy is one of the most pampered little cats out there! She gives him a lot of attention and he has every toy under the sun. Nicci has a very bubbly personality and is down to earth and always friendly to deal with. This makes her a pleasure to deal with, and together with her love and experience with animals, she would be perfectly suited to look after another person's pet and I would feel safe having her in my house given her trustworthy nature (unlike a lot of other people out there).
