My Home is perfect for small to medium size pets, I have a fenced balcony and Bicentennial park right under my building which includes a dog park for your woof babies to have some fun time off leash (if allowed). I make sure pets are treated as family and are allowed on couches and beds and wherever they feel comfortable. No other pets at my house.
