Bronwen looked after my rats and rabbits for two weeks and they look healthy and well when I returned. Additionally she had the unfortunate experience of one of my rats becoming critically ill (not her fault), yet she dealt with it appropriately; contacted me then rushed him to the vet at night and kept in touch constantly whilst the vet examined him. As a pet sitter myself, I know that if a client's pet becomes ill, it is extremely stressful for the sitter, but Bronwen had the presence of mind to not panic, to follow instructions and to keep me constantly updated. Additionally when a door broke off the pelmet (sorry, B), she let me know immediately but then solved the problem herself using her own resources rather than leaving me, remotely, and during my holiday, to try and find someone. I would recommend Bronwen for any pet sitting job.
