Michelle took great care of my furry family member whilst I was away! Initially Michelle's experience and fantastic reviews caught my attention, and once we had a meet and greet I could tell right away that Michelle was the perfect pet sitter/house sitter - she is a very thoughtful and caring person and my little dog was comfortable with her right away. Michelle stayed in my home whilst I was away and everything was looked after beautifully, when I returned home I could tell that my little dog was very happy and comfortable and along with extra helpful things like taking out bins and tidying up I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Michelle. I will definitely be calling on Michelle again next time!

Michelle looked after my frenchie while I was away for nearly 3 weeks in may and I couldn't be happier. She sent regular photos and updates so I knew he was being well looked after and in the best hands. I wouldn't hesitate to use Michelle again and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter

I'm honestly not sure how many times we've had Michelle look after our boy at this point. Each time she is professional, friendly, and really loves seeing our dog. The only problem with leaving a review is that her availability is now less because she's so popular! Honestly cannot recommend highly enough, Michelle redefined what I expect of pet care.

Michelle looked after my frenchie for a recent long weekend and I couldn't be happier. I got a good feeling from from the initial meet and greet and could tell straight away that Michelle clearly loves animals and my boy immediately took a liking to her. Michelle sent regular updates with photos which kept my mind at ease while I was away and I came home to a clean and tidy house and my boy was happy as ever so had clearly been well looked after. I have already booked Michelle in for my next trip away. and won't hesitate to book her again for future trips!

10/10 as always. So thankful that we are able to have Michelle care for our fur children when we are away, thank you Michelle.

Awesome sit by Michelle! Our boys (two cats) loved Michelle. Michelle did a fantastic job looking after our boys and our home. We came home to two happy cats and a clean house. One of our cats is extremely shy but he had no problem bonding with Michelle which was amazing and aleviated any concerns we had about leaving Leo. There was an issue with Gabriel but Michelle was on it and it the issue seems to be sorted. What can I say, Michelle is just marvellous and we hope she'll sit with our boys again. Thank you Michelle for everything, you're truly amazing.

Happy cats, house left in beautiful order, once again Michelle proves she is a cat sitter supreme (purrpreme!) and a trustworthy and welcome presence in our home. So happy she was available to sit this time for us :)

FANTASTIC!! Michelle's working experience first captured our attention and upon meeting her we instantly knew we had found the right sitter for our two Cavaliers and home. Our fur babies bonded so well with Michelle and upon returning home from our trip we could tell they had been very well cared for and been given lots of attention and cuddles in our absence. We were also kept up to date on their wellbeing whilst we were away. We also appreciated that Michelle cared for our home as if it were her own, respectfully leaving it very clean and tidy. We look forward to having Michelle as our pet/house sitter again in the future!

Amazing. We have struggled to find trustworthy care for our dogs since having a bad experience at a boarding kennel a few years back, finding Michelle felt like we struck gold! Our mind was out at complete ease, knowing our girls were very well cared for. Michelle is very caring and kind and looked after our dogs as if they were her own. Arriving home after 2 weeks to an immaculate home and 2 very happy pups is a very good feeling. We will definitely be rebooking Michelle in future and are so happy we have found someone we 100% trust to take the best care of our two dogs. We cannot thank Michelle enough!

Michelle left our houses spotless and completely tidy, much nicer than when we left :) Our cats were well brushed and happy, and obviously enjoyed her company very much. Very happy to have had Michelle's services, and will be pleased to use her again. It's such a relief to have another excellent sitter from PetCloud!

Michelle does such an amazing job looking after our pets. This was our first time leaving our dog Cleo since adopting her a year ago. We had amazing updates and communication with Michelle during her house sitting, and our pets were happy and healthy when we got home. House was lovely and clean too. Michelle goes above and beyond taking care of our pets and house and I can’t thank her enough! 100% recommend and I hope when we go away in the future we are able to book with her again.
