Friendly and caring pet carer

This was our second booking with Renee and couldn't be happier. We came home to a happy, calm and healthy kitty. We look forward to using Renee again for our next booking!

Renee is very friendly and flexible. Her family welcomed our dogs in to their home and treated them as one of the family. Our dogs were happy and relaxed when we picked them up.

Renee was fantastic! Harry was treated like their own pet. We felt comfortable all wkend knowing that he was in good hands. Renee was great to deal with I had to change our pick up time and it wasn’t an issue. Will definitely use her again.

I am a first time customer and am very happy with the service/care Renee provided for my budgies. Renee is a lovely down to earth, friendly lady with a genuine love of animals. She is a good communicator and let me know via txt message and photo that all was well at home while I was on holidays :) Highly recommended

Couldn't have asked for our dog to go to a better home.the family are lovely and cared for our dog like he was their own. The house is well set up for indoor or outdoor dogs. regular updates with pics and vids was very reassuring also

Renee and family were great. Very accommodating. Kelli was well looked after, and now has to get used to being home with no other dogs or young kids! We highly recommend Renee as a sitter.

Renee was the perfect match for us! I was so comfortable leaving our Blaze with her, especially since Blaze managed to cut her leg open and had to have stitches and a bandaged leg and lots of medications just as we were trying to leave town. I was pretty stressed out, but Renee and her awesome family just took it in stride. Blaze clearly had a fabulous vacation while we were away and is obviously missing the luxurious life she led already as she’s had to leave their air conditioning and come back to our Queenslander with no AC! I can not recommend Renee enough and I will definitely be using her for all future trips we take!

Renee was awesome. She visited our house twice a day for 12 days to feed, cuddle, play and walk all our pets. (2 dogs, 3 cats, 4 birds). Renee also sent me text messages with photos of our dogs on their walks. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I had Renee and her family at the last minute to look after my two dogs. It was the first time I had used Petcloud and I was very happy with the care Renee and her family took of my girls. The kids are really gentle and love pets. I have a little escape artist who is good at finding the smallest exits. So you can be safe in the knowledge that Renee's property is escape artist proof. I would highly recommend Renee to watch your pets. They really make your pets a part of their family and that is a nice feeling.

Jax throughly enjoyed his time with Renee and her family. He loved being around the kids and spending each night sleeping with each member of the family members. He was well looked after, taken for many walks and loved. Highly recommend.
