Alyce was great from the start! She has excellent communication skills and answered all queries very promptly. Alyce has a calm, reassuring manner and our little shy, scaredy cat thought so too. Nellie was out sitting next to Alyce on the lounge within the first 15 minutes of her arriving - unheard of! Alyce sent lovely pictures morning and night and she left our home in perfect condition. I highly recommend Alyce, you're pets will be very well looked after.
