Charissa was punctual, diligant and ~ most importantly ~ attentive to my cat. She followed my verbal instructions precisely. I found Charissa to be friendly and polite at all times. She communicated well, both face-to-face and via SMS. My house was left in good order and my cat was her usual relaxed self when I returned home. No stress for any of us!
