It was the first time I would leave my dog for more than a few days and Lan and Natalie took great care of her. They gave me daily updates with photos and videos so I was reassured that my dog was doing well!

This is our 3rd time rebooking with Lan & Natalie. We were away for 3 weeks and we felt so comfortable and at ease knowing our baby Artimus was staying in the care of Lan & Natalie who ALWAYS treats Artimus how we would treat him at home (literally like a baby haha) thank you Lan & Natalie!!!

They are so friendly and send me heaps pf photos while we were away! Will surely pet sit with them again!!

Amazing. Lan and her family looked after Miso as if she were one of their own, wiping her little paws after she goes outside so that she is nice a clean when we come to pick her up. Fantastic communication with very regular updates throughout the day. Highliy recommend!

We're so happy with Lan & Natalie's pet sitting service! We're very picky with who looks after Artimus but Lan & Natalie (& their family!) treated Artimus like he was their own. They also gave us regular photo updates which was so thoughtful and followed every instruction to make sure Artimus continued his regular routine when we're away. Artimus also seems super happy staying with Lan & Natalie's family and that's very rare of him :) 10/10 would recommend, we've already rebooked!
