Susannah is an excellent carer and well-loved by my little furball. She provides timely and consistent updates (photos galore!) and is quick to report any concerns. She took stellar care of Henry. I'll unhesitatingly ask for her help any time I'm away.

Susannah is a fantastic dog sitter and dog walker. Susannah has looked after our pets (we have 3 rabbits, 2 guinea pigs, and a dog) whilst we have been away and is always friendly, has clear communication, and clearly loves dogs and all animals. She provided regular updates, especially for my son who was missing our dogs. When our dog sees Susannah, he is smiley and happy and is clearly very familiar and happy with her. We really appreciate Susannah's care and attention which was obvious by how unstressed and happy our animals were upon our return home. We highly recommend Susannah and will definitely be asking for her again.

Susannah has been a friend of mine for about 15 years. She is a caring, thoughtful and trustworthy person. She's great with people but I think she loves animals even more.
