Susan always looks after Iddy with such care. I love the numerous updates see sends me during the day.

Susan was great with Iddy, keeping him entertained and exercised. She kept me in the loop about their time together, updating me with pictures and videos. She also administered his medication and food without any trouble.

Susan was very thorough and looked after Iddy well.

Could not recommend Susan more.

Susan has looked after our two greyhounds Tommy and Nova on one off occasions and for a 10 day stretch. As soon as our two met Susan they were at ease. Susan sends photos and videos every day. While we were away the dogs clearly had a ball. I am not sure Nova even wanted to come home. Susan looks after them as if Tommy and Nova are her own. We could not be happier with the care they received.

Susan was amazing with our energetic and needy kelpie puppy. She is very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. She asked us several questions about our dog's preferences during the meet in greet, and we could tell that she genuinely cares about taking good care of animals. She sent us lots of pictures and videos, and our puppy was happy and at ease in all of them. We would absolutely recommend Susan to anyone!  

Susan was absolutely amazing! Our dog needs both attention and care, and Susan did better than we could expect. She was very particular with daily (mostly multiple time in a day) updates. With so many videos and pictures of our Pet Pedro we never felt that we were away from him. We left Pedro (our 5yr old Beagle) with her for 4 weeks and have no doubt that we will engage her again. We highly recommend her for her pet sitting services. Thank you Susan, and hope you had a great time with Pedro too!

Susan was so wonderful with my little anxious dog. She spent a lot of time playing with him and walking him, which was what he needed. She was also really good with sending me regular updates so I wouldn't worry. When my dog came home, he was calm and relaxed, which were all signs that he had a great holiday with Susan (unlike when he stayed at the kennel). I felt at ease leaving my dog with her, and would not hesitate to book her again if I were to go away on my next trip.

We recently used Susan for day visits to feed and walk our dog Shadow. Susan was very easy to communicate with, and was great with Shadow while we were away. She provided daily photos and videos for us, and ensured Shadow felt very comfortable while we were away. Would highly recommend Susan.

I would recommend Susan as she is reliable, responsible, honest and kind to everyone, loves animals and has been at the voluntary centre for over two years now, she is dedicated and would be more than happy to leave her in charge of my animals, can’t praise her highly enough as she does a fabulous job in caring for animals. I've employed Susan before to look after my Shiba Inu, Aka which are a very proud and intelligent - even cheeky breed. Such can make them difficult to handle. I left Aka in Susan's care for two days while I was away from home on a small business trip and I returned to find him well cared for. Susan had no trouble keeping my usually well-behaved but sometimes mischievous while I'm away dog, very well behaved. I will take her service up again should I be away again.

Susan is a wonderful dog sitter, friendly and accommodating. Can’t thank Susan enough for helping us out with our foodie puppy, Yuri. She was extremely well looked after with lots of cuddles, play game & music with my puppy and time to sleep. She even messaged us some beautiful short video of her so we could see how she was doing. I would highly recommend Susan for anyone looking for their dog to get lots of love and care, and will definitely using her services again. (Actually it is the third time using her services ????)
