My dog panda had a great weekend with Joy snd played with some other dogs as well. I got heaps of photos and he seemed to be very settled

This was our first time leaving with a stranger. Our dogs are very sweet, not aggressors to other animals, and very much dependant on humans… so we knew it was going to need someone that could ensure they were safe from aggressive/domineering animals and would be watched as much as possible. We received lots of photos and updates which was great and reassuring… we never needed to ask for them! Joy was great at letting them explore, get to know their environment, meet the others and be dogs. We knew they were comfortable because Chewie will not eat if he’s distressed or upset and sometimes just to be stubborn, but we saw photos of him getting into his food. It was a nice break from apartment living: they got the green grass and were inside too. When we picked them up Chewie wagged his tail when Joy said bye… Chewie rarely wags his tail so we know he gave Joy a big thumbs up. Which meant so did Chewies brother, Rafa. Which means so do we. We will use Joy again! Easy to deal with.

No issues, it's my cats second home..

Joy is a fantastic dog sitter. We were kept up to date with lots of photos of our girl Molly throughout the week. We will definitely use Joy again in the future.

Joy has looked after Bailey many times and I am always confident he is being well looked after. I'm kept up to date with photos of his play, walks, meals and rest. Joy obviously cares well for her fur guests.

Willow had another stay for two weeks with Joy and her wonderful family and enjoyed every second of it. Hoy was really good keeping us very well informed posting lots of pictures of different activities like eating playing and just resting. Latte came back home looking tired and happy.

Knowing Maximus is looked after so well allows me to relax on my holidays. It was my pets first official pet sitting. Although he usually doesn't get along with other dogs, he got along every well with Joy's pets and had a great opportunity to meet other dogs as well! He didn't seem to get too much stress a during the day but at night he bothered Joy quite a lot which Joy took well care of. It was an awesome time for us and for my dog as well. Joy and her family were lovely as always. Willow was so excited to be dropped off and see all her friends. She was cared for really well as usual and all the photos I got she looked so happy. Thank you again Joy, Willow can't wait for her next stay.

Our pup Lucy, stayed with Joy over the New Year and was her first visit and first time away from the family home for a long time. Joy kept us informed daily with photos which was brilliant. Also took Lucy for a walk on one of the cooler days!! I would highly recommend Joy and will certainly use her again should we need to. I would also like to add that Lucy is 11 yrs old and can get very anxious, Joy was very understanding and kept us informed of how she was and made sure she had her medication

Joy was great with communication and getting back to me once we had posted a job to look after our lovely Missy. At the meet and greet Missy was really comfortable there and I walked away after meeting Joy knowing she would be really looked after. The photos to update us throughout our night was great , Missy had the best time playing with at least 4 other dogs that Joy was good enough to look after. I would highly recommend, there is a fenced backyard , sand pit and just lots of fun for the furbabies. It made our time away enjoyable knowing that Missy was well looked after and would use Joy again. If you're looking for somebody to look after your gorgeous Furbaby get in touch with Joy as we will for sure :)

While Joy tried her best, I don't think she has much experience with a real working dog pup. My pup had 8 minor cuts that had begun to heal, leading me to suspect that more than the one altercation mentioned had occured. She also made a point of letting me know that my pup had chewed her thongs. I provided cows ears and hooves which we use at home. ( never chewed our shoes )These were not used ( she did say she tried??) Simple repetitive redirection is all thats required. Despite this, her updates and photos were great.

It's a pleasure to leave our kitties to Joy, easy to communicate and caters to our needs. She always goes above and beyond taking care of them. Thanks again Joy, will definitely be in touch again in the future.

Zeb had the best time with Joy and her family. Soon as he sees her when we drop him off he gets so excited! Seeing him happy and playing in the daily updates is great! Joy takes great care of him. So grateful to have finally found a great pet sitter for our little Zebbie.

Another weekend stay with Joy. Willow had so much fun and never wants to leave! I love taking her to stay with Joy and the family because i know she will be cared for so well. Willow can't wait for her next stay. Thanks so much Joy.

Can’t say thank you enough for looking after Zeb! I was super nervous with leaving Zeb for the first time with someone else. Joy constantly kept my mind at ease with regular updates and pictures of Zeb having an absolute ball at her place. She cared for him as if he was her own and I will be using Joy again to look after Zeb. Thank you again

This is the first time that I had left my fur babies in the care of a pet sitter so I was a bit anxious, however, I needn't have worried. Joy did an excellent job of looking after them and sent me daily photo updates. She cared for them beautifully, prrrrs.

Originally we were looking for a place where there would be no other dogs. Oscar is not super friendly to other dogs, or at least we thought so. We were a little disappointed and worried when we came to drop him off and realized that Joy looks after a couple of dogs at time. However all went well. He was looked after very well and seemed to have rather enjoyed the company of the new friends. Joy follows a nice daily routine, Oscar had plenty of play time ,despite the heat, he was active and stimulated. Joy also provided rest in cooler areas during the hot times of the day and water play. He ate well, thanks for adding the vegetables to his diet, he seemed to have really enjoyed it! The back yard is spacious and clean Oscar is back home happy and calm. Thank you for everything Joy! We would definitely leave Oscar with you again if we needed.

Joy was lovely. Mackie was made part of her family and she was well and truly loved and taken care of. Joy sent photos showing every part of her day. We had never left Mackie with anyone before and were nervous, but after the first set of photos arrived in my inbox, we were able to relax because we could see Mackie was in great hands. I highly recommend Joy and would happily have her take care of Mackie any time.

Joy saved the day taking a last minute booking from us for the same night! Our 9 month old Great Dane X was so happy when we collected him... he didn’t even want to leave. I feel very comfortable recommending Joy to as a pet sitter!

Joy was absolutely fantastic! Pepper (my 6mo maltese-poodle) had the best time playing with Archie, Teddy and the other fur kids. He came home tired and very happy. Joy stayed in touch with me right through the day, and sent me regular pics and updates, which was absolutely wonderful. She was also extremely accommodating and took Pepper in at very short notice - thank you Joy! I'd very highly recommend Joy's services and will definitely be booking Pepper in with her for our next holiday and for daycare services.

Joy was great with General it was his first time going to a Dogsitter we got lots of photos and updates while we were away which made us very happy to see General having fun with Archie. Thanks again Joy will definitely recommend you to others. General slept all day when he came home.

This was our first experience with Petcloud. We are so glad we found Joy. She was amazing with Rylo who can be a little anxious around strangers and other dogs. She sent us plenty of photos and updates so we never worried about him while we were away. Rylo had a lot of fun with her and her dogs during her stay. I bet he is excited for his next visit.

Our dog was well looked after and made lots of furry friends. He was especially fond of Archie. We appreciated the regular updates and photos. Joy even gave our dog a bath and massages!

I would highly recommend Joy's pet services. She did an amazing job looking after our little puppy, and Kaia absolutely loved spending time with Joy and the other dogs. She sent me updates and pictures throughout the day, and made it easy for me to relax and focus on work while knowing Kaia was having a good day too. Kaia also got a little scratch on her nose while playing and she immediately sent me a text with pictures and treated the little scratch with lavender oil - amazing service, and it is clear that Joy really loves and cares about animals. Would not hesitate to have Kaia stay with her again, she will be the first person I contact! Thank you!!

Joy was great! Accepted a very last minute booking, was very easy to organise with. Sent photos of each of her visits with the cats. They were all very happy. The litterbox was clean, their water was fresh and I would definitely recommend her.

Joy looked after our little old dog for us. Our dog can be quite fussy and misses her home when she has to go away with us. Our dog enjoys company and mixing with the household, so Joy and her family were very good at keeping our dog as happy as possible. Joy and her family did a great job looking after our little dog.

Joy has looked after my two dogs Steve and Susie on several occasions, Joy is always welcoming to us when we arrive ,Steve and Susie love going to see Joy.Joy is always taking pictures and gives a run down of what the puppies did for the day. Joy has looked after my 'boys' Spencer and Charlie a number of times for both weekend and longer holiday stints. Both dogs are quite spoilt and they had never been in out of home care before, however I immediately felt at ease leaving them in with her. Joy communicated well and sent updates and photos of them enjoying themselves. I was able to relax and know that were in good hands.
