Charlie initially looked after my tabby cat and Eclectus Parrot at short notice as I had to fly south for an emergency. She was very friendly though completely professional with such a warm approach that I now will check with her before I book my flights anywhere, as if she is unavailable to look after my beloveds, I'd rather reschedule.

Charlie and I became friends through a puppy training school in cairns. Over the last 18 months we have gotten to know each other because of the friendship of our dogs. Charlie has been incredibly helpful lookin g after my dog when I've travellend and for arranging play dates between our dogs. She's incredibly good with animals and has always provided the best of care. I have no apprehension putting my dog in her care as he's always been looked after superbly and taken on long walks.
