Jennie takes wonderful care of my cat Chester while I'm away. It really puts my mind at ease knowing that he is not stressed and being well looked after. He loves sitting on her cat enclosed balcony and I love receiving the pictures she send me of him enjoying his time with her.

Sootie seems to have enjoyed his stay with Jennie.. A more comfortable location compared with a cattery where the one to one attention a Ragdoll requires cannot be provided.

Jennie took great care of Leon and Fritz while we were away. It was the first time we had left them home alone and they were a bit apprehensive about strangers. But Jennie got them to come out of hiding and was in regular contact, which set my mind at ease.

Jennie was absolutely amazing. Leaving your little one is very hard but Jennie made everything so easy. She sent through all the pictures we could ask for and updates all the time. I'll absolutely ask Jennie again for our next trip and I highly recommend her great service.

Jennie is so very fabulous. She goes out of her way to make your kitty feel welcome and loved. The pre-meet was a great way to feel confident I had picked the right sitter and the pictures she sends throughout the stay helped put my mind at ease that Meeshka was having a lovely time. Her enclosed balcony with cat netting is brilliant, as is her sunny windowsill.. Meeshka loved her stay and I'm so glad I found Jennie - highly recommended.

Jennie was amazing with our cat who has very bad seperation anxiety. She was the best pet sitter we've ever had.

Jennie did a wonderful job of keeping Hampton busy whilst I was away, she went above and beyond with the visits. It was nice to have the piece of mind to know that not only was he being fed and watered but also given plenty of cuddles and playtime. Hampton had a lovely time.

We highly recommend Jennie. She was excellent with her communication. When I met her I knew our kitten would be well looked after and it gave me great peace of mind. We received regular updates & photos while we were away. Out kitten loved being outside on her secure balcony. Jennie is a lovely person and gives you confidence that your pet is safe and secure when in her care.

Jennie took excellent care of my babies and spent the time making sure they had everything they needed. My two elderly cats are VERY high maintenance but Jennie managed them perfectly! The wonderful photos she sent showed me how much fun they were having with her. I would absolutely recommend Jennie to anyone who loves their pets as much as me!!

Jennie looked after our cat Stella wonderfully, it gave us such peace of mind to know she was so well looked after while we were away. She was so attentive and spent time playing with her with lots of different toys and we came home to a very happy cat. Thank you so much Jennie.

Jennie is a very lovely lady and a cat lover. She sent me the awesome pictures of my Stephan when she was looking after him. She is so ready to help! She suggested to take care about my Stephan one more day if I decided to keep my vacation longer. She has bowls and a cat scratcher, so less things to bring to. She helped me to carry Stephan and the things to her apartment. She called me when I forgot cat mince and even wanted to deliver it to my apartment next day. Very-very lovely lady. I hope she will be able to care about my Stephan next time.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing, looking after our two boys at super late notice! Jennifer is an obvious cat lover, and we were soo impressed with her care, concern, and attention to detail. We 100% recommend her to anyone thinking about engaging the services of a cat sitter, and will definitely use her again in the future.

Jennie has looked after my cat Silverbell countless times now and I'm always thrilled with how well she takes care of her. Jennie always goes above and beyond to ensure Silverbell is happy (and me as well by sending updates and photos!) and I always feel at ease leaving Silverbell in Jennie's hands. I was hesitant to leave another review, only because I was worried Jennie may end up being in even more high demand ;) 10/10 exceptional service.

Jennie was a wonderful pet sitter for my little Mischka! She is incredibly warm, friendly and accommodating and made me feel at ease and confident that I had found the right person to look after my fur baby, from the first time that I spoke to her on the phone and when we had the meet and greet at my home. She bonded easily with Mischka and texted lovely photos of her visits to reassure me that she was doing well while I was away. She even went above and beyond and agreed to extend her services for an extra day when my partner and I decided last minute to stay one more night on our holiday. I am incredibly grateful to have found her on Pet Cloud and would not hesitate to book her again when needed. Jennie is absolutely amazing. We cannot thank her enough , Coco was well looked after, very happy and I’m sure Misses her!

Jennie did a marvellous job of visiting my apartment each day to take care of my 2 cats for 8 days. Not only did she send me daily texts and photo updates to eliminate my initial concerns (I'm a bit of a nervous ninny), but she also managed to tame one of my cats, Smudge, who is normally extremely anxious and very afraid of strangers. Jennie had Smudge out from under the bed in no time, & I ended up naming her the Cat Whisperer.

My two cats were looked after so well by Jennie! I came home to two happy and relaxed cats. They can’t wait for Jennie’s next visit :). Thank you Jennie!!

Couldn’t have had a better sitter or experience! I haven’t left lou with a sitter in their own place before but Jennifer was very understanding of his anxiety and mine! She made it super easy and sent me regular updates to put my mind at ease. Lou has the best time and was sooky to be home, missing his best friend Jennifer! Jennifer was fantastic; everything I wanted in a petsitter and more. My two boys were comfortable and relaxed at Jennifer's place during their stay and I could tell that they were extremely well cared for by a true cat lover.

Jennie is a brilliant kitty carer and an amazing person to be around. My husband and I absolutely spoil our Gypsy at home. When we were looking for a sitter for the Easter weekend, we were really worried that we might not be able to find someone who could care for our girl the way we want. After the initial meet and greet with Jennie we knew we have struck gold. Jennie's place is kept immaculately clean and totally cat friendly. Through our conversations at the meet and greet and through Jennie's interaction with Gypsy we knew Jennie genuienly loves cats and truly understands them. Throughout the stay, Jennie kept us up to date with Gypsy's progress, checked with us immediately when she noticed that Gypsy seemed to be having troubles going to toilet, took lots of photos of Gypsy and sent us an uber cute Easter greeting card made with Gypsy's photos!! We can tell that Jennie has loved and cared for our little girl no less than we do. When we went to pick Gypsy up, our girl was totally happy and relaxed. We also learnt that our girl actually likes belly rubs which we did not know before, and she looked very comfortable with all the different ways of holding her which we thought she would have hated. Can confirm, Jennie is a cat whisperer! Jennie is devoted as a host and gives your cat the companionship and care they need rather than just providing a space for them to stay in while you are away. We were amazed at how warm and attentive she was. We will definitely be back to see Jennie many many times more in the future (Gypsy already misses her). Thank you very much Jennie! This is the second time we left our gorgeous George to go away on holiday and the second time with Jennie. As we left we said to each other, how lucky are we to have found someone like Jennie, we have total peace of mind! Jennie kept us up to date with pictures and videos, and our kitty is shy but not with Jennie, he comes out of his shell and plays.. Jennie has a way with pets and genuinely loves and enjoys spending time caring for them. I highly recommend Jennie's services, excellent comms, consistent and totally reliable. We could not ask for more. Thank you Jennie, also from George! :) We will be booking again for the next trip!

I was very happy to have found Jennie to look after Sahara for us. From when she first came over to meet Sahara, it was obvious how much she loved animals. Whilst we were away Jennie took lots of photos of our little girl and shared them through, spent lots of time playing with her and giving her lots of love. Would recommend Jennie to look after your fur baby & will definitely check first with her when we need someone to look after Sahara.

Jennie was fabulous. I was very worried about leaving my cat Cedric with a stranger, but Jennie made me feel very at ease with the photos and updates. Cedric loved his time at Jennie's. Highly recommend Jennie.

Jennie was absolutely amazing! We had only had George for 2 weeks before having to leave him on his own for a few days. He was extremely shy so we were nervous about leaving him. However, Jennie having a way with cats was to our amazement playing with him at the first meet and greet and really bought him out of his shell (and also gave us some great tips). Jennie sent us frequent updates, photos & videos, we could see he was happy and very well cared for. The communication from Jennie was excellent. 5 stars all the way, so lucky we found her, we can't recommend Jennie highly enough. We felt 100% at ease knowing that George was so well cared for and will book Jennie's services again for the next time we go away!

I asked Jen to feed Winston (dog) and either provide him with some attention/pats or take him for a walk if she was interested. Jen arrived on time, took Winston for a walk/jog and sent me photos so I knew there was nothing to worry about. She fed him dinner and let me know when she left the house. Winston lives a very luxurious life at home so it was great to keep updated and know that he was cared for as much as I would care for him :) Would definitely organise Jen again

Jennie was wonderful when she looked after Pepper for us! So friendly and welcoming and definitely went above and beyond to make Pepper feel comfortable in a new environment.
