Fiona was great! Communication was very good, she was very reliable and she did a wonderful job looking after Poppy! We would definitely book her again!

Fiona minded our home and dogs for a few weeks earlier this year and I have nothing but great things to say about her. I had the most relaxing holiday because I knew that everything would be well taken care of while we were away. The dogs loved her, and especially enjoyed the frequent walks and outings she took them on. Fiona often sent us picture of their daily adventures and they both seemed pretty happy too. It was so reassuring to know that my house and garden were being lovingly cared for in our absence too. The house was spotless on our return. We were so impressed with her that we are having her back again to take charge of things over the Christmas break. I can highly recommend Fiona to anyone searching for a professional and responsible carer for their home and pets.

Fiona Brown has been an attentive and caring house sitter to our Magpie family and Budgie while we were away for nearly 14 weeks from May to August 2018. We met Fiona prior to her stay and she arrived a day before our departure. We introduced Fiona to some of our neighbours and we also left a list of contacts as well as detailed instructions. If you are unfamiliar with feeding wild birds, it required Fiona to be present a number of hours during the mornings and afternoons to hand feed the Magpies (who do drop by over regular timeframes – but not at exact times). She had to be alert to when they arrived (at least several times a day), she not only needed to gain their trust, but also spend some time feeding the birds several times every day. Following our first house sitter experience during 2017 when our Magpies stopped coming, the house and garden were in a poor state, we were uneasy about trusting someone else. But Fiona easily met all our expectations and we would have no hesitation to recommend her to anyone requiring a responsible, caring and intelligent house sitter. Fiona was a clear communicator – kept in regular contact and updated us about anything of significance (i.e. consulting us regarding any mail that may be urgent). Fiona had a good understanding of the instructions we left and we felt confident in her ability to manage tasks. She impressed us to be diligent and capable person who is well organised. Upon return the house was clean, the garden and yard was looked after and we were very pleased to see Fiona and hear all about what we missed out on in the last three months after having left home. Overall we were very impressed by Fiona’s diligent attention to our requirements and we are happy to endorse her to any house sitting opportunities she may care to offer herself for in the future. Fiona cared for our happy fun loving dog Twix for 6 days whilst we were interstate. Fiona was caring and full of energy, taking Twix on long walks and the occasional swim, and provided some beautiful photos. On our return our house was as we left it and most importantly Twix was happy. I would recommend Fiona for any type of pet or house sitting as she has a genuine love of animals and people.
