Jacque dropped in twice a day for 9 days to care for, bond with, feed and water and medicate Tigger who recently was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and as a consequence of being medicated revealed Tig's has stage four renal failure. As Tigger is the kind of feline that takes a while to bond with people, Jacque and I arranged a couple of visits to hang with Tig's before I went away. Jacque's patient and caring nature appeared to sit well with Tig's and he displayed a genuine trust in Jacque that I've not witnessed with any one else in such a short time. During Jacque's care of Tig's she provided twice daily updates around Tigger's well being and photos and followed up with phone conversations when required. During Jacque's visits with Tigger she on one occasion did a vet visit with Tigger and juggled her time in order to do so putting Tiggers well being to the fore. Simply put, If you are looking for an compassionate and very capable person to look after your non human whilst you 'have to go away' Jacque is your go to person. Should I go as far as to say, Jacque's a 'cat whisper'. Thank you Jacque for bonding with and attending to Tig's needs and wants whilst he was in your care. I would with out a doubt seek you out to car for Tig's when I have to work away.

On accompanying Jacque to the vet with Sophie, it is obvious she is a genuine, compassionate caring animal lover. In her provision of business services she is efficient, professional and honest. Jacque showed a high degree of empathy during the vet visit, which eased the level of anxiety in Sophie . I have no hesitation In highly recommending Jacque as a provider of services for anyone's animal companions.

Jacque did a great job looking after my two Fur Babies Dexter and Brodie. Sent me lots of photos of the boys having plenty of fun times in the parks close by. Would be happy to have Jacque look after the boys again. Thanks Pet Cloud and Jacque

Jacque has house-sat and pet minded for me. I cannot fault her. I left written instructions and she followed them confidently and I came home to a clean and tidy home and more importantly happy and healthy pets. She cared for my two dogs, cat and fish. She was happy to send pics and updates on my pets which was lovely and provided wonderful peace of mind. I would happily recommend her services to others.
