Mandi is 'peace of mind personified'. The best praise is from the cats whom she cared for. To come home and be ignored by the cats resting and looking at us as if they didn't realise we had gone anywhere is the highest praise to be given any pet sitter. The house is immaculate, the cats are content and well groomed and most importantly happy. We can't recommend Mandi highly enough.

We were super happy to have Mandi look after Wolfe - she was very attentive to all of the details of our regular care & it was really fantastic to relax knowing he was safe for the 4 days & someone was home with him I dont want to make it too public -( incase we cant book in again ) I felt Mandy is a kind, sensitive and caring soul & we are thankful xD

Mandi was amazing. Her attention to detail and following instructions was meticulous. All extra tasks were done with a 'nothing is too much bother' attitude. The animals were all relaxed, house was immaculate, garden watered and waited for us to return to hand everything over! We have a menagerie of cats with one a very special case. Mandi took everything in her stride but with much care. Her love of animals was evident, her emphasis on keeping to their routine exactly as they are used to and spent lots of time playing with them. Beneath all this it was clear she had a very good understanding of animal behaviour and showing them her respectful presence. It wasn't long before they all knew they had someone who was genuine, understood them and loved caring for them. We will definitely be asking specifically for Mandi again and again. Can't recommend Mandi highly enough. She followed all the instructions to a T and kept my cat happy. I would definitely use Mandi again as she obviously cares for the welfare of animals and is meticulous in her care for the house and pets.

I am happy to recommend Mandi as I have observed first hand over a couple of years her love of animals. Mandi is a very quiet sensitive Woman who has had a passion for rescuing and caring for animals since she was very young. She shared with me that it was her dream to work with animals but that she was steered in another direction by the people around her. Now she is free to follow her dream and I know she has been doing her formal study in this area for a few years now. We have a little female rescue dog Belle who Mandi spent a lot of time with and often looked after her when I was away. They had a lovely relationship and Mandi was always sought out by Belle for her pats and walks. I have no hesitation in recommending Mandi to care for your fur babies and other pets. She is totally trustworthy with your precious animals and your home. You can rely on her to be at home looking after them and follow your instructions to the letter. Mandi lives near me and I've seen her with a number of dogs. She has a very obvious affinity with them, and obviously enjoys their company tremendously. I've engaged Mandi's pet sitting service a few times, and can highly recommend her. She's both professional & reliable. But the real test of Mandi's skills as a pet sitter is my Cavalier's response to her: he is always extremely excited when he sees her, either on our walks or when Mandi minds him. I recommend her highly.

Mand Thompson, and I have been friends for 12 years now and when Mandi, comes to stay with me in Townsville, she likes to interact with our family Miniature Schnauzer, named Hans. Mandi likes to take Hans for his daily walk around our neighbourhood and to the park. Whenever they return home, Hans is very excited and wagging his tail. I can see that he has had a fun time with Mandi, and he is ready for a treat and rest. When it is Hans' day for his bath, Mandi usually volunteers to bath Hans, doing a very caring and thorough job. Once again, I can see the enjoyment by Hans body reaction and noticing the caring and gentle way, Mandi handles Hans, especially at bath time, when he prefers to be out playing. I can also see the relationship Mandi and Hans have formed together, by the excited wagging of Hans' tail and his jumping up and down, when Mandi goes to open the screen door. I had no hesitation in leaving Hans with Mandi, when I went to work, as I felt very comfortable, knowing, that Hans would be well looks after and his welfare would be of the highest priority. When it is time for Mandi to leave, Hans looks sad, as he looks through the screen door.
