This summer spoil your fur babies with some icy treats which are delicious and which helps them to keep cool.<\/h3>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #fe4164;\"><strong>Watermelon &amp; Yoghurt + Mango &amp; Yoghurt Doggy Ice Treats<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>watermelon<\/li>\n<li>mango<\/li>\n<li>plain greek yoghurt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place cut-up watermelon into the blender, add a scoop of plain greek yogurt, and blend until liquid.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the watermelon mixture into ice cube trays (or these <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.petcloud.com.au\/d\/product\/dog-paw-print-and-bone-silicone-pet-treat-moulds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cute paw print moulds<\/a>!<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Place cut-up mango into the blender, add a scoop of plain greek yogurt, and blend until liquid.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the\u00a0mango mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.<\/li>\n<li>Pop the frozen cubes into an airtight container and store in the freezer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #fe4164;\">Frozen Peanut Butter &amp; Banana Dog Treats<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 500px; height: 375px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.petcloud.com.au\/uploads\/blog\/2020\/11\/blog_image-1606556551.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>1 ripe banana<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 cup Greek yogurt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat peanut butter in a microwave safe dish for 10-15 seconds, or until it&#8217;s a softened and a bit runny.<\/li>\n<li>Spoon an even layer of peanut butter in each silicone mold. Slightly tap the silicone trays to remove any air bubbles and to make them level.<\/li>\n<li>Make the banana mixture by mashing the ripe banana in a bowl with a fork until creamy. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until well combined.<\/li>\n<li>Spoon an even layer of the banana\/yogurt mixture until the mold is filled up. Tap the silicone trays lightly on the counter then place into the freezer for 4 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the silicone molds and store these frozen treats in an air tight sealed container in the freezer. Enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Strawberry &amp; Toys Frozen Ice Bucket<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 500px; height: 375px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.petcloud.com.au\/uploads\/blog\/2020\/11\/blog_image-1606557166.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Water<\/li>\n<li>1 punnet of Strawberries<\/li>\n<li>Your dog&#8217;s favourite rubber toys<\/li>\n<li>1 tupperware container or empty icecream container<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Slice up strawberries<\/li>\n<li>Add rubber toys<\/li>\n<li>Fill container with water<\/li>\n<li>Place strawberries and rubber toys in container that will fit in your freezer and freeze overnight.<\/li>\n<li>Give to your dog on a hot day and enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #fe4164;\"><strong>Savoury Doggy Ice Treat Recipe<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 500px; height: 375px;\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.petcloud.com.au\/uploads\/blog\/2020\/11\/blog_image-1606557925.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250ml water<\/li>\n<li>50g cooked chicken<\/li>\n<li>25g carrot<\/li>\n<li>25g zucchini<\/li>\n<li>10g broccoli<\/li>\n<li>10g cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Some&nbsp;dogs may not enjoy the&nbsp;large amount of veggies, so add a bit of chicken stock or powdered bone broth with the water for a more delicious&nbsp;taste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will need an empty container to freeze the ingredients in. I like to use a butter container as the ice block&nbsp;isn\u2019t small enough for the dogs to eat whole. It melts slowly and lasts a lot longer than smaller ice blocks. Directions<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Grate 25g of carrot and 25g of zucchini. Put aside in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Grate 10g of cheese. Put half of the grated cheese in the bowl with the grated carrot and zucchini. Set the rest of the cheese aside.<\/li>\n<li>Cut up a&nbsp;small sprig of broccoli, about 10g. Place in the bowl with the other veggies.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the chicken up into small pieces and place into the butter container.<\/li>\n<li>Grab&nbsp;the&nbsp;bowl of&nbsp;veggies and place&nbsp;into the butter container.<\/li>\n<li>Use a measuring cup and fill it up with 250ml of water. Pour into the butter container.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.<\/li>\n<li>Put the butter container lid on and freeze the Dog Ice Block overnight.<\/li>\n<li>Once frozen, sit the ice block out of the freezer for a few minutes, open the lid and run a bit of water over the ice block. Tip onto the ground and let your dog enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tips Always be careful what veggies you give your dog as some can have&nbsp;deadly effects. You can substitute the veggies in the recipe above, for something listed below.
